Zach Sterner, chef
Zach has worked in professional kitchens
for the last 15 years.
He started at the age of only 16 years old.
At 19, he became the sous at
the Ledson Hotel in Sonoma
and at the age of 23, he earned a sous position
at the Michelin starred Solbar at the resort Solage Calistoga,
where he worked for 6+ years.
From casual to fine dining, from baking to being a private chef, Zach has prepared himself to finally invite you into his cuisine.
